中考英語：名詞專題詳解

一、名詞的分類：名詞分為專有名詞和普通名詞。

1、專有名詞：個(gè)人，地方,機(jī)構(gòu)等專有名稱，如：China, Shanghai, Li lei等。專有名詞的首字母通常要大寫。具體說來，它包括人名、地名、月份、星期、節(jié)日、書名、電影名以及某些抽象名詞等。如：Jim吉姆，China中國，July七月，F(xiàn)riday星期五，Christmas圣誕節(jié)，English英語

2、普通名詞：指表示一類人或東西或抽象概念的名詞。

1)個(gè)體名詞：某類人或東西中的個(gè)體，如fighter, gun, country，cup, desk, student等。一般可數(shù)，有單復(fù)數(shù)形式。

2)集體名詞：若干個(gè)體組成的集合體，如family, team, police, class等。一般可數(shù)，有單復(fù)數(shù)形式

3)物質(zhì)名詞：無法分為個(gè)體的實(shí)物，如cotton，tea, air等。一般不可數(shù)，沒有單復(fù)數(shù)之分。

4)抽象名詞：動(dòng)作,狀態(tài),品質(zhì),感情等抽象概念.如health, happiness，love, work, life等。一般不可數(shù)，沒有單復(fù)數(shù)之分。

二、名詞的數(shù)：可數(shù)名詞都有單數(shù)和復(fù)數(shù)之分；不可數(shù)名詞沒有復(fù)數(shù)形式。【重點(diǎn)】

1、規(guī)則的可數(shù)名詞的復(fù)數(shù)變化規(guī)則：

1)一般情況加–s：books，mouths，houses，girls等。

2)以s，sh，ch，x結(jié)尾的加–es：classes，boxes，matches等。

3)輔音字母+ y結(jié)尾的變y為ies：cities，countries，parties，factories等。

4)以o結(jié)尾的詞+es：heroes，Negroes，tomatoes，potatoes等。

以o結(jié)尾+s：radios，zoos，bamboos，pianos，kilos，photos等。

5)以f，fe結(jié)尾的多數(shù)+es：leaves，lives，wives，knives，halves，wolves等。

直接+ s的名詞：roofs, proofs,gulfs, beliefs等。

2、不規(guī)則的可數(shù)名詞的變化規(guī)則：

1)改變單數(shù)名詞中的元音字母或其他形式。如：

manmen, womanwomen, toothteeth, footfeet, mousemice, childchildren等。

2)單復(fù)數(shù)形式相同。如：sheep, deer, fish等，以及由漢語音譯表示度量、幣制等單位的名詞。如：yuan。另外以-ese或-ss結(jié)尾的表示民族的名詞也一樣同形。如：Chinese, Japanese, Swiss等。

以-an結(jié)尾或其他形式結(jié)尾的表示民族、國家的人的名詞變復(fù)數(shù)時(shí)在詞尾加-s.如：Americans, Asians, Russians,Australians, Italians, Germans等。

3)單復(fù)數(shù)相同: sheep, fish, deer, means, Chinese, Japanese, works.

A. fish如表示不同種類的魚時(shí)復(fù)數(shù)是fishes：

B.以man, woman修飾名詞構(gòu)成合成詞時(shí),兩個(gè)詞都變化.

5、物質(zhì)名詞一般沒有復(fù)數(shù)，但如下情況除外：

A.用復(fù)數(shù)形式表示不同種類：wheats, fruits, vegetables.

6、定冠詞加姓氏的復(fù)數(shù)表示一家人：the Turners, the Smiths, the Wangs.

7、集體名詞people, police總是作復(fù)數(shù)：Several police were on duty.

8、集體名詞class, public, family, population, team, crew等單復(fù)數(shù)都有，但意義不同：

The class is big.

The class are taking notes in English.

The population inChinais larger.

9、hair表示總體時(shí)是不可數(shù)：His hair is grey.

如果表示若干根頭發(fā)可以加復(fù)數(shù)詞尾。He had a few white hairs.

10、以s結(jié)尾的學(xué)科名詞只作單數(shù)。mathematics, physics, politics等;news也是如此。

11、glasses，trousers等常用復(fù)數(shù);但如果這些詞前用a pair of …// this pair of…//that pair of…等修飾時(shí)謂語動(dòng)詞有pair來決定：Where are my glasses?My new pair of trousers is too long. Here are some new pairs of shoes.

12、不可數(shù)名詞沒有復(fù)數(shù)形式，如果表示“一個(gè)”的概念，可用單位詞：

單、復(fù)數(shù)的用法及單數(shù)名詞變復(fù)數(shù)名詞的方式，包括可數(shù)名詞的復(fù)數(shù)的變化規(guī)則，少數(shù)不規(guī)則名詞的復(fù)數(shù)形式及部分單復(fù)、數(shù)同形的名詞。

二、不可數(shù)名詞數(shù)量的表達(dá)法

用“數(shù)詞或冠詞+量詞+of+不可數(shù)名詞”這樣的結(jié)構(gòu)來表示，量詞可以是單數(shù)也可以是復(fù)數(shù)，但of后面的名詞只能用單數(shù)。

A.一般詞尾+ ’s：

B.以s結(jié)尾的復(fù)數(shù)名詞只+“’”：workers’ rest room.

C.不以s結(jié)尾的復(fù)數(shù)名詞加’s：children’s toys.

D.復(fù)合名詞只在最后一個(gè)詞的后面加’s：my sister-in-law’s brother.

E.表示共同所有的幾個(gè)名詞，只在最后一個(gè)詞的后面加’s：

F.表示各個(gè)所有關(guān)系的幾個(gè)名詞，在每個(gè)名詞后分別加’s：

2)用法：

A.名詞所有格主要用于表示有生命的名詞，表示所屬關(guān)系：Lei Feng’s dairy.

B.用于表示時(shí)間的名詞：today’s paper. an hour’s drive,Friday’s work.

C.用于表示地理、國家、城市等名詞：

2、of所有格：

1)凡不能用’s屬格的情況可用of屬格表示所屬關(guān)系：

六、語境中名詞的選擇

根據(jù)語境確定名詞的詞義，再根據(jù)句法進(jìn)一步確定詞形。
